Trip Conant is an MBA candidate at Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, concentrating in Entrepreneurship. Prior to Babson, Trip built a diverse background across private equity, corporate development, growth equity, and investment banking. Most recently, he served as a Senior Associate at Webster Equity Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, where he led investments in the Pharma Services sector and managed multiple portfolio companies.

Before Webster, Trip worked in Corporate Development and Strategy at Thermo Fisher Scientific, leading M&A transactions within the Life Sciences sector. He also spent four years at Winona Capital, a consumer-focused growth equity fund, where he played an active role in portfolio management and transaction execution. Trip began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair, focusing on commercial service transactions.

Trip holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Law and Society from Cornell University, where he was a member of the Varsity Heavyweight Rowing Team and a student leader in various organizations.

Outside of work, Trip enjoys gardening, mixology, golfing, cooking, biking, hiking with his mini-Australian Shepherd, and spending time with his family, including his young son.
