Elizabeth is responsible for management oversight of the firm's marketing and sales as well as internal compliance obligations, financial and general management reporting, and human resources development. Her background experience includes senior management positions held in both advertising and consumer product brand management.

Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Elizabeth worked as a Product Manager at Kraft Foods, Inc. with full profit and loss responsibility for Sealtest Ice Cream. Elizabeth began her career at Grey Advertising, Inc. in New York, and rose to become a Vice-President advising companies such as Procter & Gamble, Revlon, and General Foods.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. Until recently, she served as Vice Chairman of the Groton School Parents Committee, Groton, MA and Head of the Parents Committee, Fenn School, Concord, MA.
